New Publication: Unlocking Interneuron Development with 3D Culture Systems
We are excited to share our latest paper in Science Advances ! In this study, we demonstrate direct lineage reprogramming of human glial cells into GABAergic interneurons using a three-dimensional (3D) culture system. Within just two weeks, single-nucleus RNA sequencing revealed distinct neuronal clusters, including a parvalbumin (PV) subtype with features of chandelier interneurons—a key player in cortical circuitry.
