Dr. Andreas Bruzelius, the first PhD graduate from the Ottosson Lab, deserves hearty congratulations for his well-deserved doctoral degree. On the 20th of October, he delivered an impressive presentation and successfully defended his thesis, titled "Generation of human GABAergic interneurons using reprogramming and differentiation strategies." Dr. Lynette Lim from VIB-KU Leuven, Belgium, served as an excellent faculty opponent, and the committee included Prof. Merab Kokaia from LU, Dr. Konstantin Khodosevich from the University of Copenhagen in Denmark, and Prof. Martin Garwicz from LU. Congratulations!
