Ottosson Lab Retreat 2022

Two weeks ago, our lab group went on the annual lab retreat to the beautiful Ven island. It was a much-needed time to reflect and discuss new insights and ideas after the summer break. Our discussions on future project ideas were very productive and valuable. We also played the Organizational and Social Work Environment (OSA) game to understand more about our work environment and if it needed to be improved. Above all, as a group, we got to know each other a bit more and enjoyed the last few days of sunny weather and bike rides.
